  Directions 

  Place one drop of Evolve Hypromellose into each eye two to four times a day or as directed by your doctor, pharmacist or optician. 

  Evolve Hypromellose is compatible with all types of contact lenses. 

  Contains 

  Hypromellose 0.3% w v, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride and a buffer.

  Caution 

  Keep out of reach and sight of children 

  Do not store above 25 degree Celsius 

  Do not use after the expiry date on pack

  Discard the bottle 3 months after first opening
